When Vectis Radio launched in 2010, my vision was clear: to welcome anyone and everyone who wanted to be part of our broadcasting community. While some have opposed this inclusive mindset over the years, I’m proud to say they are no longer with us.

I firmly believe that everyone has something valuable to share, and everyone should have the chance to fulfill their dream of being on the airwaves, regardless of their background or challenges they may face.

Our goal is to provide opportunities for all, even those with limited confidence or learning difficulties. Since our inception, we’ve earned numerous awards, some quite prestigious. However, our greatest achievement lies in our commitment to inclusivity, allowing us to collaborate with truly inspirational individuals.
