Peer support group for parents and carers of children and young people struggling with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Run by parents with lived experience who know how it feels to watch your child struggle and to feel powerless. We aim to provide a safe space for parents and carers to talk about how they are feeling and to provide them with support and resources so that they can be helped in supporting their children. All adult parents and carers are welcome to our friendly and informal meetings. Please contact us at letstalkaeryn@outlook.com for more information.
