Geoff Horsnell

Hi there, I'm Geoff Horsnell and my initial interest in radio began when in my previous job in Flood and River Management on the River Thames I was interviewed many times by local and national radio and TV when serious flood conditions prevailed. I wanted to be part of it.

On retirement to the Island I cut my teeth on Sunshine Radio at St Mary's Hospital but I felt as though I needed a bigger audience. I was very pleased and lucky to be offered a programme slot here on Vectis Radio and I am very happy to be part of a great team, and look forward to my show each week.

If you haven't joined me yet please do, between 4pm and 6pm every Thursday for the Tea Time Show. I will bring you up to date with traffic and travel to include the ferries, road conditions around the island, busses and any major road works, and for the sailors there will be the Inshore Weather forecast as well.
