Operation Geranium has been in place since the times of the pandemic.
Helping to raise awareness of older people and fundraising
Operation Geranium Season Four is now underway, with hundreds of plants being delivered to older residents living in isolation on the Island.
The plants have been grown by local people with disabilities, and support needs at Care In The Garden,
Pots of brightly coloured geraniums have been chosen as symbolising friendship and good health,
