4Ps - Red Funnel Ambassadors

The 4Ps Radio Training School offers young people aged 11 to 26 the chance to develop skills in presenting, production, promotion, and podcasting. Designed to boost confidence and communication, the course helps participants overcome everyday challenges while gaining practical media experience. By combining creativity with hands-on learning, the programme empowers young people to express themselves, build resilience, and unlock their potential both on and off the air.

Red Funnel Island Ambassadors Celebrating local talent, their Island ambassador initiative supports local Island athletes, artists and performers on their path to high-level success off Island. This year supporting talented Island ambassadors, all shortlisted for their aptitude, brilliance, and dedication to their vocation. They represent a wide range of talents and careers from gymnastics to Indie rock and pro golf to dog sled racing and each live, work and train on the Isle of Wight.
