Bully Tribute

                MARTYN 'BULLY' BULL 1956 - 2016 REMEMBERING  10 YEARS ON                          

Amazingly, it’s been 10 years since we sadly lost someone who left such a lasting impression on the Island’s radio and entertainment scene, Martyn “Bully” Bull.

For those who knew Bully, he was so much more than a radio presenter. He was a character, a personality and someone who brought his own unique energy, humour and enthusiasm wherever he went. His voice may have fallen silent, but the memories, the stories and, most importantly, the laughter and smiles he brought to so many people remain.

Here at Vectis Radio, we remember Bully with enormous affection. People like him helped inspire a generation of broadcasters, and his influence is still felt today. Ten years may have passed, but some people never really leave us. They remain part of our story, part of our memories and part of the community they helped entertain.

So today, we remember Martyn “Bully” Bull with great affection and raise a glass to a much-missed friend and a true character of Isle of Wight radio.
