Another incredible 4PS Vectis Radio Training School success story.

A BIG thank you to SNG and the Move On and Thrive funding, which helps us give young people the opportunity to build confidence, communication skills and self-belief using the main ingredients of radio.

This story is powerful. It’s real. And it is an important reminder that sometimes, people don’t need someone to fix everything for them. They just need someone to believe in them, listen to them and give them the right support and opportunity.

With a little care, encouragement and the right environment, someone who may feel that they have failed can discover what they are truly capable of.

At Vectis Radio / 4PS, we believe in young people. We believe in giving them a voice. We believe in helping them find their confidence and realise that their future can be so much bigger than they might imagine.

The sky really is the limit.
