Kitty and Amy

Kitty hails from the North originally and has been an honorary Southerner for many years now. Prior to becoming a radio presenter , Kitty had a long and varied career in the NHS as a nurse. On Vectis Radio you can listen to Kitty on Monday and Friday mid mornings working with Ron and on Saturday mornings she can be found working with the Short Breaks 4Ps students. Kitty also presents Stay Healthy podcasts which cover allsorts of subjects across physical and mental health themes. On a personal note , Kitty likes cake , cats and the wonderful countryside of the Isle of Wight.

Amy Jolliffe is a singer-songwriter and guitarist who has performed at events including the Isle of Wight Festival, Ventnor Fringe and Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair. She was Brave Island's 'Young Creative of the Month' in 2025 and Isle of Wight Radio's 'Emerging Artist of the Month' in 2023.

Amy studied Commercial Music at Platform One Music College from 2019 to 2024, where she graduated with a First Class Honours. Some of her favourite artists include The Cure, Fleetwood Mac, U2 and Bruce Springsteen. She would describe her music as summery folk rock. 

Amy has lived on the Isle of Wight all her life. She is passionate about supporting local musicians and joined Vectis Radio in November 2025. She enjoys interviewing musicians on the radio and has interviewed artists including Greg Barnes, 5 Degrees North, Ruby and Kindred Found.
